CPD, the way forward for the Driver Trainer
So how does it work?

CPD or "continued Professional Development" is a method of enhancing the skills of a workforce. The idea is to set a number of training days/hours that have to be completed during a set timscale. The DSA have all but decided this will be four days over four years.
The nature of each Training unit is going to be made public in the near future, we at Trinity are foreseeing the possibilities and designing a menu of courses to suit the needs of not only the DSA but more importantly the Driver Trainer.
